GODDESS Return & Exchange Policy

1. 一般條款 General Policy

  • 本店 GODDESS 所有貨品一經售出，恕不接受退貨、退款或更換服務。
    All items sold by GODDESS are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

  • 下單前請仔細閱讀產品描述、材質說明及尺寸資料，如有任何疑問，歡迎先透過 Instagram 與我們聯絡：@goddess.accs。
    Please read all product descriptions, material details and size information carefully before placing your order. For any questions, feel free to contact us on Instagram: @goddess.accs.

2. 品質問題例外 Quality Issue Exception

  • 如您收到的首飾有明顯品質問題（例如嚴重刮痕、石件掉落、斷裂、或寄錯款式），請於 收貨後 2 日內 透過 Instagram 私訊我們帳號 @goddess.accs。
    If the item you receive has a clear quality issue (such as severe scratches, missing stones, breakage, or a wrong item sent), please contact us via Instagram DM at @goddess.accs within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • 請提供：訂單號碼、問題描述，以及清晰顯示問題位置的照片或影片，以便我們作出評估。
    Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem for our assessment.

  • 經確認屬實後，我們會視乎情況為您安排以下其中一種處理方式：
    Once the issue is verified, we will arrange one of the following solutions:

    • 免費維修或更換同款商品（視乎存貨而定）
      Free repair or replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability)

    • 如無法修理／同款缺貨，將作出退款
      If repair is not possible or the same item is out of stock, a refund will be issued

3. 不屬於品質問題的情況

Situations Not Considered Quality Issues

以下情況恕不列作品質問題，亦 不在退換或退款範圍內：
The situations below are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund:

  • 因個人原因而產生的問題，例如：不喜歡、顏色與個人想像不同、與預期風格不符、佩戴後覺得不適合或尺寸不合。
    Personal reasons such as change of mind, do not like the item, color or style not as imagined, or size/fit not suitable after trying.

  • 正常佩戴或存放不當引致的氧化、輕微色差、磨損或細小刮痕。
    Oxidation, slight color variation, wear and tear or minor scratches caused by normal use or improper storage.

  • 因燈光、屏幕顯示設定不同而導致的色差。
    Color differences due to lighting conditions or different screen settings.

  • 天然材質（例如天然石、貝殼等）出現的自然紋理、輕微色差或細微不均勻。
    Natural textures, minor color variations or slight irregularities from natural materials (such as stones or shells).

4. 寄回與檢查（如獲安排）

Return Shipping & Inspection (If Applicable)

  • 如經我們確認需要安排維修或更換，我們會告知具體寄回地址及期限，請您於指定時間內將商品妥善包裝寄回。
    If a repair or replacement is approved, we will provide the return address and deadline. Please return the item within the specified period with proper protective packaging.

  • 商品需連同所有原包裝（首飾盒、防塵袋）及配件一併寄回，否則可能影響申請結果。
    The item must be returned with all original packaging (jewelry box, pouch) and accessories; otherwise it may affect the outcome of your request.

5. 條款修改及最終決定

Rights & Final Decision

  • GODDESS 保留隨時修改以上政策而不作另行通知之權利。
    GODDESS reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

  • 如有任何爭議，GODDESS 將保留最終決定權。
    In case of any dispute, the final decision of GODDESS shall prevail.
