運輸與交貨政策

交貨時間

我們提供國際運輸服務。

訂單確認後，請預留以下處理及運輸時間：
備貨時間：1-5天（某些貨品因缺貨原因而有所延長）
運輸時間：
- 香港地區：2-3個工作日
- 標準國際運輸： 7-14個工作日。

請注意，上述時間為預估時間，並非保證。交付時間可能受到我們無法控制的因素影響，例如海關清關流程、郵政服務延誤、天氣狀況及當地節假日等。

運輸免責聲明及責任限制

我們會確保您的訂單經過仔細包裝，並委託可信賴的承運商進行遞送。然而，包裹一旦交付給運輸承運商，對於以下情況我們將不承擔任何責任：

*   運輸途中包裹遺失、被盜或損壞。
*   因承運商、天氣、海關或其他第三方問題導致的交付延誤。
*   客戶提供的運輸地址不正確或不完整。請在結賬時仔細核對您的地址。

Delivery Timeframes

We are proud to offer international shipping from our headquarters in Hong Kong. Please allow for the following processing and shipping times once your order is confirmed:

Processing Time: 1-5 days (some items may take longer due to stock availability)
Shipping Time:
- Hong Kong: 2-3 working days.
- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 working days.

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, postal service delays, weather conditions, and local holidays.

Shipping Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While we ensure your order is carefully packaged and dispatched with a trusted carrier, we are not responsible for any of the following once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier:

*   Lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
*   Delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other third-party issues.
*   Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout.
